My stint ranch-sitting in New Mexico over, last week I rode the 500 (ish) miles from Albuquerque, NM to Boulder, CO in one day. Man! was it cold. I didn’t even stop to take any pictures I was so frozen, but believe me the views were s-p-e-c-t-a-c-u-l-a-r! Snow capped peaks, snow on the side of the road, snow everywhere! As much as I love the mountains, I began to dream anything over 8,000 feet because I knew I would be super-cold and it would take me at least another hour riding  to thaw out.

I hope to continue riding on to Idaho this coming week.
